This paper focuses on the phenomena of spirituality and religiosity of Slovak adolescents in the context of their radicalisation. The theoretical part of the paper presents a definition of terms, as well as an overview of their specific contexts, identified on the basis of previous research. The empirical part describes the author’s quantitative research, in which the interrelationships between spirituality, religiosity, family relationships, and adolescents’ radicalisation were demonstrated. The results of the research show that in social work it is necessary to reflect on the spirituality of clients and to see it as an integral part of the bio-psycho-social-spiritual perception of the individual in the context of his social milieu.
